At Empowerists, Bhavik is a Director of Global Talent Solutions helping all the business entities under Empowerists on a global scale. Bhavik also wears another hat as a People Partner for the North America region predominantly helping businesses solve people-related challenges, build and govern policies and processes and enhance engagement of all sorts within the organization.

Bhavik loves Indian classical music and has been learning an instrument called Sarod. His passion for making miniature paintings makes him a true seeker and admirer of art and music.
